Due to COVID-19, the IRS is allowing certain changes to our employer sponsored benefit plans. Please note that the following amendments have been made to our plans:
- Flexible Spending Account – you may make mid-year changes such as increase or decrease your annual election (allowable maximum is $2,750)
- Dependent Care Account – you may make mid-year changes including enrollment, revocation, increase or decrease your annual election
- The Flexible Spending Account rollover maximum has been increased to $550
- You may enroll in the company’s health insurance plan without a qualifying event, even if you initially declined coverage.
